The most beautiful highlights of Italy, from Rome to Sicily!
We meet in the eternal city, Rome, which has so many sights to offer that an early arrival for this tour is highly recommended. On our first riding day, we leave Rome behind and head for the town of Pompei, located south of Mount Vesuvius. To give you the opportunity to see the spectacular excavations, visit the crater of Vesuvius or drink "un caffè" in Naples, we stay 2 nights in Pompei. Our tour now takes us further inland to the Lucanian Dolomites, the cave town of Matera and the trulli in Alberobello. We continue south to Calabria, where we cross the Stretto di Messina by ferry, land in Sicily and stay in the same hotel in Taormina for 2 nights to explore the highlights of the area. The Parco dei Nebrodi regional park allows us to enjoy the beautifully winding roads again until we reach the colorful city of Palermo in the north-west of the island. We continue south and end our tour in the east of the island, in Catania.

On our first riding day, we leave Rome behind us and head for the town of Pompei, south of Mount Vesuvius.
To give you the opportunity to see the spectacular excavations, visit the crater of Vesuvius or drink "un caffè" in Naples, we stay 2 nights here in Pompei.
From Pompei, we drive along the beautiful and very classic Amalfi Coast and then turn inland to the Lucanian Dolomites.
Today's riding days take us past the impressive cave town of Matera and the very special trulli in Alberobello. We spend the night in Taranto, which is also known as the "city of two seas".
We head south along many winding roads to Calabria and spend the night in its capital, Cosenza, which is well worth seeing.
Today we cross the Stretto di Messina by ferry and arrive in Sicily. Our destination today is on the east coast, in Taormina. The ancient theater and the view of Mount Etna are not the only reasons why Taormina is so special.
Today we have a rest day and you can explore Taormina with its sights or relax by the sea. The alternative is on 2 wheels and goes up to the crater of the Etna volcano.
We leave the beautiful city of Taormina and enjoy winding and deserted roads in the Parco dei Nebrodi regional park and have the city of Palermo, the largest city in the Italian autonomous region of Sicily, as our destination for the day.
We leave the colorful city of Palermo and visit the "Valley of the Temples" near Agrigento before ending the day in the small town of Palma de Montechiaro.
Our last riding day takes us to Catania, with a fantastic view of the volcano Etna. Here we return our motorcycles.
Today your tour ends after breakfast and we wish you a safe journey home and hope to see you again soon on one of our tours. Alla prossima.
