One of the smallest countries on the planet, the leaning tower, the place where a saint was able to talk to animals (not Eddie Murphy at doctor Dolittle), the never-ending city, the town that is as Italian as Italy can be. You want to see it all and you want to use the latest model BMW motorbikes for that? Well then welcome to the show.
Let’s meet in Florence and switch to holiday mode, which is easy in the heart of Italy. Enjoy a relaxed evening in a breath-taking city. Our first ride takes us to San Marino one of the smallest countries on the world. With a size of 61 km2 (24 sq. mi) it is even smaller than some farms in South America. The Apennine mountains which cover all of Italy are always good for a surprise and offer twisty roads with smooth curves in perfect climate for motorcyclists.
Assisi is the place with a great story related to a saint who was able to talk to every animal. He will lead the way to Rome the centre of the Roman catholic church. If you have once survived the traffic in this city, you know why the Romans believe in god. The ride to Siena is well worth but not as dangerous as the “Palio” a horse race on the central square of the town where every resident has to show up once a year. Once a great shame today one of the biggest tourist attractions in Italy – that’s the leaning tower of Pisa.
Inhale the air riding back to Florence and enjoy the rolling hills that create the feeling of flying back to one of the most beautiful places on earth. Thanks to the safety equipment of our BMW bikes you’re really going to enjoy it.
