BMW Motorrad Days GARMISCH Beautiful Alps & Venice Exploring

Many highlights packed into a tour that ends at the *BMW Motorrad Days* in Garmisch!

The Alps are a place with a long history. Different countries and languages are close together here. The roads here are a motorcyclist's dream. On the way south, the roads get twistier with every kilometer until we reach the Austrian Alps. Here we spend the night in the UNESCO World Heritage city of Salzburg. From Salzburg, we continue our journey towards Lake Wörthersee, which is one of the largest and certainly one of the most beautiful lakes in Austria. The next day, we head towards the Italian border to our next overnight stop, Mestre, which is located right next to Venice. After spending a rest day sightseeing there, we continue to Cortina d'Ampezzo, a famous ski resort in the Dolomites and venue of the 1956 Winter Olympics. We continue on spectacular mountain pass roads through another UNESCO World Heritage Site, the South Tyrolean Dolomites. Our destination is the Alpe di Siusi, the highest alpine pasture in Europe, a real highlight of this tour due to its location in this spectacular mountain landscape and the ideal place to spend another rest day. Our last stage brings us back to Garmisch, where we will round off this wonderful tour and celebrate the comeback of the *BMW Motorrad Days* in our home town of Garmisch.
