Our tour begins in the charming town of Puerto Varas on the shores of Lake Llanquihue in Chile. From here, our journey takes us south to Chaitén, the gateway to northern Patagonia. Even the first few stages will captivate you with a unique combination of volcanic landscapes, fjords, deep-green forests, and the rugged beauty of the Chilean coast. We then continue south on the legendary Carretera Austral, one of the most spectacular roads in the world and an absolute highlight for motorcyclists. Via Chaitén and Coyhaique, we reach Puerto Río Tranquilo on Lake General Carrera, the second-largest lake in South America. Here you’ll have the opportunity to visit the famous Marble Caves (Capillas de Mármol). These fascinating rock formations, shaped by the turquoise waters, are accessible only by boat and rank among Patagonia’s most impressive natural wonders. Following the breathtaking shoreline of Lake General Carrera, the route takes us on to Chile Chico, where we’ll take a well-deserved rest day and enjoy the special atmosphere of this remote region. Afterward, we’ll cross the border into Argentina. Endless expanses, the Patagonian steppe, and impressive mountain landscapes accompany us on the way to Esquel and on to Bariloche, one of the most famous cities in Argentine Patagonia. The varied roads and the magnificent backdrop of the Andes ensure pure driving pleasure at every turn. From Bariloche, our journey finally takes us back toward Chile. Through spectacular Andean landscapes, we reach Puerto Fuy and Huilo-Huilo, an extraordinary region with dense temperate rainforests, volcanoes, lakes, and waterfalls. The final leg of the ride takes us through the impressive lake and volcanic landscape of northern Chilean Patagonia back to Puerto Varas, where our great adventure began. This tour is more than just a motorcycle trip, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience through one of the most spectacular and unspoiled regions on Earth.
